Total Motion Therapy

Your body knows how to heal itself, though sometimes it has to be shown the optimal way. Activating your body's parasympathetic system enhances the activity of your healing processes. Movement is a huge part of healing, but some therapy forces movements that the body is guarding against, which makes it guard more. Total Motion Release is a new technique that accelerates creating new, pain free movement by using more of the motions you are good at - things the body wants to do. This "good movement" allows your body to bring itself back into balance. Total Motion can be used to speed up results from manual therapies, or as a substitute for those that are especially sensitive or averse to manual therapy treatments.

Manual Therapy

Our therapists are experts in soft tissue, joint, and neural mobilization techniques. This is much different than just having a massage! Direct attention is paid to areas of dysfunction so that your joints and muscles can function optimally after the treatment is completed
